« Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. That made all the difference for us since we were commuting to/from Mayo Clinic. The free breakfast was decent, but lacked variety, wearing thin during our 1 week stay. Trash was not emptied nearly often enough from the small bins near the elevators. Also the outlets seemed to be nonstandard. It was hard to get a standard hair dryer to stay plugged in due to this issue. « We love the location of this hotel, right next to a movie theatre, Target, restaurants. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that we look forward to using the hot tubs while we are in hotels and the pool area had such a strong smell of chlorine that we weren't able to stay in the pool area for long. If using a pool and hot tub isn't a priority, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. »

« Very convenient to go the hospital, the construction in Rochester leaves something to be desired! Getting around town was a challenge, thank God for the shuttles! I am sure once it is complete it will be fine but for now it sucks!! »
