"Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness. "

"Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago."

"Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida."

"Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice"

"Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. "This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "O hotel está próximo de uma área comercial, nem tanto do centro histórico. Estava com uma boa organização para atender as condições sanitárias. O café é farto, diversificado e de qualidade. As condições do quarto deixam um pouco a desejar. Estava frio e as janelas não isolam, não tem cobertor no quarto (mas foram disponibilizados mediante pedido), a torneira do banheiro não tem água aquecida. Todo o barulho da rua é ouvido no quarto. Além disso, o quarto não tem espaço como armários ou suportes...
