Great location, new
Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness.

Únicos pontos negativos foram estacionamento pago (25,00 por pernoite e não fui avisado antes), café da manhã com pouca variedade e quantidade) e falta de chave no quarto, o que tira a privacidade quando o casal está acompanhado de crianças ocupando a cama da sala.

Quartos amplos e muito confortáveis
Eu adorei o hotel! Fiquei um pouco resistente em reservar porque eu vi que o café da manhã é com horário agendado e o estacionamento com manobrista, o que não costuma me agradar muito. Mas, o fato de ser bem novo e a localização me fizeram arriscar. Valeu muito à pena! Os quartos são super amplos e confortáveis! Eu tive alguns contratempos no meu primeiro quarto porque a internet não estava disponível e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, quando pedi ajuda na recepção, fui prontamente atendida, troquei de quarto e tudo resolvido rapidamente. Inclusive, o funcionário Tiago, que me auxiliou, foi extremamente prestativo e gentil. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos, mas eu agradeço especialmente à Shayane e ao Tiago pela ajuda e atenção recebida. Eu faria uma sugestão: como os quartos tem cozinha e o café da manhã incluído é entregue no quarto, no horário agendade, talvez pudessem pensar na possibilidade de o café da manhã ser disponível e pago a parte para quem desejar, em vez de ser incluído, assim como é com o estacionamento. Eu preferia ter um desconto na diária e optar pelo café a parte. De qualquer forma, voltando nessa parte de Petrópolis, me hospedarei nesse hotel com toda certeza!
