Nice room and a very nice lounge with a pool. I was a surprise for me that the only breakfast option was getting it in the room. But it was an OK breakfast.

We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

Great location, new

Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness.

As instalações do hotel não são ruins, porém informei que o cooktop e cafeteira não estavam funcionando e apesar de ter solicitado conserto nada foi feito. O pior foi que coloquei meu carro pessoal no estacionamento e quando saí de lá percebi que tinham feito vários arranhões, isso é inadmissível, não voltarei a me hospedar lá porque perdi a confiança.

O ar condicionado apresentou problemas a solucao demorou um pouco, mas por sorte a demora não acabou com a disponibilidade de quartos e pude trocar para um quarto aonde estava funcionando. Hotel bem localizado, ao lado do Shooping, Rua Teresa e Rua do Imperador. Tem opcao de estacionamento também, cobrado a parte. Camas são boas, chuveiro em muitos quartos tem pouco pressão. A TV não possui canas abertos, eu por exemplo não tenho nenhum streaming, fico sempre sem ver noticas ou novela.
