Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice

O hotel é bom, com bastante espaço para as crianças brincarem. Boa infraestrutura e atendimento. O ponto negativo fica com o restaurante. As 12:30 não estava preparado para o almoço e tivemos que almoçar na área externa, pois o salão estava em limpeza. Solicitei um prato infantil, com iscas de frango, para minha filha (5 anos). Quando chegou estava gelado, o que denota comida pronta/congelada, onde não se deram ao trabalho de ao menos aquecer. Minha esposa pediu uma truta, com batas rusticas. O prato era simplesmente sem gosto algum. Nem sabor de sal tinha. No check-out havia cobrança de refeição que não foi consumida, o que foi estornado, contudo, se não me atento pago por aquilo que não consumi. Para o padrão do hotel, o restaurante está muito aquém.

Excelente. Único inconveniente é o retorno na estrada quando sai do centro de Itaipava para o hotel. Cerca de 2km de um lado e mais 2km do outro na estrada principal.

Um local para retornar.

Superou minhas expectativas. Cheguei cerca de 2 horas antes do horário do check-out e, como havia quarto disponível, conseguimos acesso às suítes reservadas. O café da manhã é ótimo. A suíte com varanda é excelente e espaçosa. A área externa é enorme, com muitas opções de lazer, esportes etc

Tive um problema com o carregador elétrico do estacionamento do hotel. Procurei ajuda do gerente e o mesmo nem sequer me ouviu. Mandou uma recepcionista dizer que o hotel era isento de responsabilidade. O carregador está no estacionamento do hotel... Não há um aviso sobre pagamento de ociosidade do equipamento Um desrespeito!! Completo absurdo e falta de atenção aos hóspedes
