Beautiful room, breakfast was excellent, liked location in nice convenient neighborhood. Walk to grand canal and upper Camden street were nice extra we wouldn’t have done if we had stayed closer to the centre of Dublin. The 16 bus took us door to door from the airport too!
On a Sunday enjoyed the roast supper at their restaurant.

It was our last night in Ireland and we had the most beautiful stay. We were upgraded to the Primrose Cottage for no extra cost and had the most amazing suite. Beautiful land with a Castle and old church ruins.
Highly recommended!

We loved this place. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds comfortable. And the food in the restaurant was top notch along with the cosmo cocktail.

They've taken an old building near O'Connell St and renovated it superbly. There is everything you need here in a spotlessly clean hotel with high end amenities, at a reasonable price. The morning breakfast is spectacular.

This hotel is so cute a cozy, we would absolutely stay here again. It is very close to O'Connell street and although on the map it looks far from some of the main attractions, the walking distances were absolutely manageable. The street itself is very quiet and we had no issues with noise. The front desk staff were kind and considerate and we had no complaints about them whatsoever. The room are a bit smaller than what we are used too, but I think that is to be expected. There were a few days we...

What a unique and lovely place. The room was beautiful, and equipped with several extras including a fan (useful in this warm summer), heated towel rack, and luxurious linens on the bed. I’m only sad we were only there for one night.

Really enjoyed our stay here - neighbourhood is quiet and lovely. We were within about 30 mins walking distance to the lively neighbourhood in Rathmines. It was a bit more of a trek to the tourist centre and airport but we walked one day and took ubers/bus other times. The guesthouse was clean and had everything we needed. We had a room with a private bathroom and it was perfect.

There are many reasons to stay at this hotel. 1/ The staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful. 2/ The morning breakfast has many options and is a great way to start the day. 3/ The property is in a great location and makes it a wonderful starting point to any adventure. 4/ The rooms are clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. There was a bar on the side of our room and we could hear the late night 'thump thump thump' of its music. This, however, is beyond the hotel's control but...
