"Thus was a last minite reservation because our other hotel could not accomodate our extended plans.The staff were welcoming and accomodating. The room was clean and updated with a unique decor. Location is in the heart of town and walkable to local neighbourhoods and shopping. We were only here for the day and needed a place to hang out while waiting. This met our needs. "

"Muntri Mews exceed my expectations. I loved this heritage style hotel with the original architecture. I love the size of the rooms and the charm and character of staying in an older building. The hotel was centrally located. There is even a cafe right now door. Walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and eating. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Penang."

"Clean rooms and staffs are all helpful. Whenever we went back to the hotel, the door will already open for us by their staff holding to the door."

"1. Housekeeping - hit or miss, not consistent 2. F&B - modify / extend hours especially in room dinning. 3. First floor staff - not approachable 4. Phone operator - need training. Either they don't understand or just don't care. Eg. I wanted to order room service and I was told the last order was 5pm. That's fine but don't aggregate a hungry guest with 'so you need more towels'! . . . "

"I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The rooms were quite nice and well designed. Walk able distance to a food court which just in front the hotel and nearby got mini marts. There are also few other restaurants. Not forgotten, also have a small coffee outlet at their lobby. "
