This hotel is excellent. The staff are welcoming and attentive, rooms are extremely clean and I loved the pool- which is super clean and attractive. The breakfast is good, particularly the omelettes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our group of 7 has an excellent stay in the Yeng Keng Suite and 3 courtyard rooms. Such pleasant staff who were helpful throughout. Quick turnaround room servicing, lovely linen and spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts and made for the perfect stay. Ideal location for exploring Georgetown.

A gem of a hotel

We had the most amazing stay in Penang. The hotel is very well situated so close to everything we wanted to do and see. The pool was especially welcoming after being out and about! Couldn’t fault the staff - they were ALL fantastic.

Lovely heritage hotel in Georgetown. It’s about 10 mins walk from the Armenian street area and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are a decent size and amenities. It doesn’t have a lift, so beware if you have access issues. Breakfast is fine. Staff are super friendly and lovely. Other reviews mentioned the noise, we had rooms overlooking the pool on the 1st floor (not ground) and these were quiet enough. Other people mentioned the lack of pavements but I think this is Georgetown as a whole.

Fabulous hotel. All the staff were friendly cans helpful. The room had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked very clean, evetywhere was very clean.

What a peach of a hotel, you're treated brilliantly by all the staff, they cannot do enough to assist you. The hotel is beautifully furnished, with modern bathrooms and tall ceilings. We occupied one of the suites on the second floor that offered a separate living room area in addition to the bedroom. Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff! Great location near historic sites!
