Their sincerity and commitment to making guests feel welcomed reflected a level of customer service that is increasingly rare—and deeply appreciated. Breakfast each morning was a bright spot, thanks to the gracious and attentive team who kept the space immaculate and the food fresh and plentiful. The breakfast/lounge area could use a touch of TLC, especially the chairs, but the warmth of the staff more than made up for it.
