There were reasonable add on fees for parking and wifi, but the 24 hour security team, the daily housekeeping crew and the front desk problem solvers were first class. "Rooms are not as portrayed and the standard “deluxe” rooms are a complete joke. It’s a prison cell and not suitable for a baby. Nothing deluxe about any of it and overpriced for the room. They absolutely will not accommodate a refund or partial refund even when we could not stay there due to issues with baby. A complete joke and nothing luxury or relaxing about this hotel. Found many other places 100 percent better for less and much more luxurious. "

"Great area and property ! Travelled from the uk with family to Cape Town on holiday . Everything in apartment was fine except they could do with having fans or AC. Especially for those of us coming from colder climates not used to the heat there. Check in process could be better too .
