« We got there & were told they had overbooked the hotel so they didn’t have a room for us. They had taken the liberty to book us into the Hampton Inn down the street. It was an embarrassing situation for us as she loudly announced in front of other people the situation. We had driven 8+ hours that day & we’re not happy to be greeted by that news. The desk clerk at the Hampton Inn indicated that this was far from the first time this has happened with them. I will not book a Hyatt Hotel again...
