"The communication was good upon arrival. It's about 3 blocks away to the beach so was a huge plus, safe community in an older neighborhood so don't expect anything flashy,but that's good if you don't want croudy places and want to feel more local. The downfall for us was that it is a duplex so you will have neighbors and one bedroom is next to other guests and you can here the conversation even if not loud clearly,so hard time to sleep There is no patio,it's basically the parking lot for another...

"There were seven of us staying, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beach is literally across the street, so we were able to come and go easily. The house is large and nicely furnished. Would love to come back! "

"The biggest problem was the broken air conditioning when we arrived in 100 F temperature. We also had a problem with the carbon monoxide alarm system. The pretty was not cleaned to expected standard. The company response was apologetic but they were not able to problem solve the situation quickly despite being aware ahead of time that the air conditioning was broken. Spent two days of our holiday dealing with workmen."

"This is a great condo to experience a family vacation! The space is great and it is a walk down a flight of stairs to the beach! There is also a heated pull that saves the day for a few chilly mornings! Overall a 10/10 and we will be staying here again in the future! "
