"We had a great time here. While we were initially disappointed at check in because the indoor pool was closed (part of the reason we booked!) the staff was friendly and kind. The room exceeded our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was clean and the balcony was perfect to give us a little alone time while our kids were sleeping. "The staff was very nice and helpful. there was a horrible neighbor with kids that played and shouted loudly until extremely late - it was pretty terrible, but that's not the motel's fault. I'm giving it 4 stars because the beds were extremely old - the mattresses literally dipped down visibly in the middle - and the sink/counters/etc., were all rusted or blackened. But as I said, the staff was great and it was very clean. "

"The town of Gold Beach pretty much goes dark for dining options in Tuesday and Wednesday so our fare was the local grocery store deli. That said, the hotel was awesome. Breakfast was great. The room was so nice and the view of the sunset was second to none. The hotel staff catered to our needs for motorcycle parking and were wonderful. Highly recommend of others are looking for a property in the Gold Beach area. "
