Having stayed at this motel a couple summers ago I knew we would have a good stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Considering that Brooksville doesn't have regular chain hotels, I'm always amazed at how wonderful the people, food and accommodations are.

It's not a 5 star hotel by any means and it's an older motel that's been updated/painted but for the price it was plenty good for an overnight break from a road trip. The man working the counter was very friendly.

It’s an old property so can’t expect everything to be perfect but, my room was clean and up to standard. Staff is very friendly. Can’t beat the price for last minute decisions. Comfortable bed. Would probably stay again.

the property was clean and conveniently located. The front desk gal was very helpful. The downside was the beds they were awful. they both rolled to the middle and if you moved, it sounded like rattling plastic. We would stay again but ask for a different room to see if the beds were better. C. Wyatt

Everything was very clean smelled good and the stuff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only reason I gave it the rating I did was because the Wi-Fi was terrible and there was no microwave in the room. Other than that it was perfect I would definitely stay there again no problem

When checking in, it was posted that wi-fi was out but tv had basic cable. Got to the room, turned tv on and nothing. Went to front desk and they said they would have it fixed shortly. It never was fixed. Room was fairly clean. Beds were clean and not bad. For a one night stay its ok but a little over priced for just a basic plain room.

The room was clean, and pretty dated. Central to all things in town. The price was good. The WiFi and cable were down on my 2 day stay….. I asked for a discount and the were accommodating. They only gave me 10%.. ask the front desk when you arrive about any thing that could be a problem. Room was clean.

The place was very clean, location was great and pool is nice. It was a nice family atmosphere overall. To make it a bit more well-rounded a microwave in the room would be a nice touch and perhaps smart tv's for streaming at some point.

Room was clean, staff was very nice, no assigned parking spot but parking lott had lots of room, no microwave, but did have refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, wi-fi, uiron/ironinig board, and hair dryer. King bed was a little hard. Nice indoor swimming pool.

Loved the blue color way, conveniently next to Dairy Queen subway Mcd kfc etc. WiFi and tv was down, but I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised for such a cheap stay! Less than $60 got me a table, king bed, chairs, many convenient lights and plugs, easy parking, fridge, and bathroom actually smelled like it was cleaned. Bedding was clean and not stained and pillows were fluffy. Even had a pool. -1 star for no WiFi and stains on hand towels from other peoples makeup but overall would stay here again. Close to California border

The staff were kind. The room was terrible. The linens on the beds had red stains. The walls were digesting. The room smelled of mold. There was garbage under the beds. The WiFi was not working. The cable wasn’t working. There isn’t a working hot tub. The pool looked murky. Someone banged on our door at 1am. Definitely was not worth it.
