Night Staff was very friendly. Coffee maker was rusty on top, had some white floaty’s in the water trough, and leaked when ran. Pool was nice and warm but looked ran down and had weeds growing in it the cracks. Towels and bedding had hairs on them.

Hard floor wasn’t swept very well in our room I had to use a wash rag to go over it and get all the dust up, the bed was comfortable the a/c heater worked well no weird smell from a/c but room seemed a bit musty, They offered hand soap bar for sink shampoo/conditioner for shower. Plastic wrapped water cups and ice bucket single cup coffee maker and coffee products, hair dryer cable tv WiFi and iron board it was adequate just didn’t feel as clean as nicer places. property wasn’t swept well on the walkways or stairwell the pool needed a good cleaning with the net and the pool grounds needed a sweeping, I tried to get a pool towel the desk lady said a group of kids wiped the pool towels out so I asked well can I just get an extra shower towel she said sorry they have no towels at all for such a massive property they should have had extra towels ready I stayed three days and we just kept hanging our towel and reusing it but what if I needed a clean towel would they have just said no?? Anyways for the price it was worth the stay and also there is no free breakfast the restaurant that provided breakfast was shut down for good.

The pool was nice and warm enough to enjoy but they had a sign that the hot tub was out of order but I'm pretty sure it's been "out of order" for a long time. The room had a lot of space. It had a mini fridge but no microwave. No breakfast. There was a place to hang your clothes but no hangers. Felt worn but it was clean and with four grandkids it was a good place for the money for all the space and pool.
