"The hotel is well placed for transport links, especially with the AirPort Express bus over the road. Staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is perfectly fine with enough options. "

"It was satisfactory even though there was only 2 pillows on the bed. The housekeeping barged into the room advising checkout was at 12, 2 hours early…we were still in the bed reading. Lobby area was very nice, checkin staff was very nice. However, one overnight staff acted like he was put out when we asked for a drink from the bar…only 1 person working the lobby and bar. We were the only 2 people in the bar area. Other than that is was adequate."

"I would not have picked this location for our leisure trip but we were part of a group tour and this was our last hotel. It's in the business area. It is beside offices of Amazon, etc so if you're on a business trip, it's good. But as a tourist, it's far from transportation unless you take a Bolt / Uber. Trains are a good 12-15 minute walk. Buses stop about 300 meters away but it's not that often. Hotel itself is standard IBIS - clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. "

"The beds were changed regularly which was nice. The room and bed was large. No laundry was difficult. Check in and check out was easy. The cafe is cash only and there was no sign to explain this. Overall good but not incredible. It worked for us since our needs were low."
