The location is excellent, close to Munich train station and Karlsplatz, the starting point for sightseeing tours. However, the security around the hotel is not good at all. The location, breakfast included, and the prices for Oktoberfest are very reasonable.

Average in every way in terms of comfort and amenities. Room was clean and actually larger than I expected for a single bed. Nate bones hotel, fine if you are out all day and just need a bed and a bathroom. Short walk to main old town and to the Oktoberfest grounds.

Came by myself for Oktoberfest. Conveniently located for an easy 10-15 minute walk. Plenty of shops and places to eat right in the neighborhood. Also 5 minute walk to the Bahnhoff. Streets can be loud at night so if you are a light sleeper you may not want to stay here. Other than that it was a good stay.

Clean room. Great breakfast. Red light district kinda sucks. Super noisy ALL night. Doors don’t lock from inside sucks. But it was fine for a clean bed when staggering back from Oktoberfest.

It was very close to central station and the main area for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staffs were kind and helpful. My most favorite was breakfast, many plenty of food that I don’t eat normally. If I visited Munich in the future , I would like to stay in this hotel again ^_^

location of property in a rough area but close to the city highlights. Property was being renovated so some areas were verry good for example the common breakfast area. Close to public transport. However we had no issues even though the area seems verry rough.

Good value

Well located in city centre, 3 minutes walk from Southern entrance to central station. Very friendly staff ( especially the evening receptionist). Clean. As others have commented, it’s on a noisy street with all types of entertainment- though I never felt unsafe.

It is very conveniently located near the central station and near many shops and a short walk from the Altstadt. Breakfast buffet was also available and tasty.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were good. The area is a great location to get to the "old central area" of Munich. The only down side is that the area is fairly noisy at night .. but no pounding music from night clubs. We were able to get sleep etc. Certainly we would stay at this location again.

Munich hotel

Booked last minute in centre of Munich as I was going to a football match. Apart from having to wait on someone to check me in. This is a good clean hotel. Breakfast was filling and plentiful. Staff were pleasant.

Accommondation was ok. Clean, spacey room with all we needed except a/c, so we must kept window open but the street was noisy until 2 a.m. Neighborhood also ain't exactly friendly.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was cheap but I got a very spacious room with a good shower room. The breakfast buffet was a lovely treat too. The staffs were kind and helpful. It can get noisy at night because of where it’s located but I just closed the window and put some ear plugs and I can sleep very well. Overall, it was excellent for the price I paid. If ever I visit Munich again, I will definitely return here.

This room is close to the train station and in walking distance of most things. I went for Oktoberfest, which an 11 min walk. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and the basics were covered. It was exactly what I needed, and the staff were great!

Very central location for visiting Munich especially at Oktoberfest. Located on street with several nightclubs so was somewhat noisy in late evening and early morning. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable for us. Only downside was scratchy bath towels and our blow dryer did not work.
