« La salle de bain était souillée, le bain etait bouché avec du band aid. Lorqu’on nous a changé de chambre, les drap étaient souillés dans la nouvelle chambre. Mais une fille du personnel m’a fourni deux autres draps. Je ne retournerai pas. »
