"Urbanz is located in the centre of the city, so all city facilities are within walking distance. Yet, no noises from the outside world find their way inside. Kitchen is well equipped, showers and toilets are plenty and clean. Beds are comfortable."

"We loved our stay at the Coachman Motel in Christchurch! The room was immaculate, the res ice was great, and we were within walking distance of several eateries. They upgraded us to a larger room and our bed was very comfortable with a heated mattress. We would highly recommend the Coachman Motel when in the Christchurch area."

"DANGER!!! So noisy!!! It s on riccarton road. U WONT SLEEP all night long. - There 5 or 6 motels even better quality on the same road! Be smart and do not spend any cent here! - I paid for 3 days but I needed to arrive on 2nd day due to changes in my itinerary... Of course they didn't refund the 1st night... Even if they had time to sell it to someone else. - They were knocking on my door punctually, pushing me out... They told me there only 1 maid for all the rooms and she has to do all...

"Stayed 2nights in private double. Late check in email stated room would be unlocked - it wasn't. Nobody answered the phone. We had to stretch in the window to unlock the door. The room stank. Really horrible old damp smell. Next day we were locked out of our room with our belongings inside "pending payment" - payment had been taken online already. Took 5 phone calls to get keys to our room sorted."

"Noone here when we arrived at 1.55pm and still no one here later in the afternon when we tried to check in -I had booked 3 rooms for 3 different groups and they had pre charged my credit card as much as they could prior to us arriving This has never happened before i have always been told this just a holding card as this is a small limit card I dont actually use it to pay my own accommodation or anyone elses I book and this has put the card into overdraught I was told they could only refund...

"Good location to centre. We were arriving outside office hours but they left a hand written note and map that we appreciated with the key. Private room was comfortable but outside walk to toilets and showers. Good hostel stay. "

"B&B style but not offer the breakfast. The breed and milk only will be charged $13 per person. The bathroom is dirty. "
