« Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. »

« Great location, tastefully decorated, lots to do on site, beautiful view and the hide a bed is even pretty comfortable. We stayed in the winter and had there been snow, there even would have been a little hill to sled/play on just below the balcony. The indoor pool was not very warm so kids didn’t swim but there were other things to do like racquetball, hot tub, ping pong and a decent weight room. (For winter time) We had a hick up with getting the keys at check in but the owner was quick to...

« The rooms were great, the view was stupendous. The only downside was the person that had the balcony below us made it noxious to sit outside when they were outside smoking. We asked at the desk and they said that it was forbidden. It kept up for a couple more days. Possibly a recalcitrant nutcase - not sure. Anyway, overall, we had a very nice time. »

« This has to be one of your favorite vacations yet! The place is sooo nice and modern with everything you could need. In a really nice community with a heated pool and Jacuzzi. Includes bikes and paddle boards. The host was very accommodating and quick to get back to me anytime I messaged her. I would definitely recommend and hope to be back one day! »
