"I’m not sure where the issue started, but my experience was very frustrating. I arrived with an online reservation, and the front desk couldn’t find it. They made little effort to help until I asked for a manager, who told me to deal with Orbitz and pay again if I wanted to stay. After multiple calls with Orbitz, I had to cancel and request a refund (which takes up to 10 business days) and pay out of pocket. The front desk first quoted me around $86, then tried to charge $100 until I questioned it. My room key also didn’t work, so I had to go back to get it fixed. The room was very noisy—right by the freeway with constant traffic and semi-trucks. Guests nearby were loud, and the front desk didn’t answer when I called. There’s also a train that runs close by, and the noise at night was extremely disruptive. Overall, I got little to no sleep and had a very poor experience. I would not recommend staying here."

"1 King bedroom: Ample self parking, check in was easy and staff friendly, room was spacious and clean, and bathroom was also spacious and bright with lots of counter space and walk in shower.We were on the 1st floor so close to gym and coffee (fresh ground beans, not those pods). At check out Jenna was super friendly and we had a nice chat. We will definitely stay there again."
