« Mill Creek Hotel is the nicest place my husband and I have ever stayed in. The suite we had was absolutely beautiful Complimentary breakfasts were included as well as 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies. In addition, there were treats and candy in the lobby 24 hours as well. Daily soup and crackers were set up in the lobby if guests wanted a midday tie over until dinner. « The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. « couldn’t ask for more for the price, it’s very clean and tidy. its about an 11 minute walk to downtown which was great. the front desk workers are always so friendly and informative. we stay here everytime we come to lake geneva and will continue to come :) love this place »

« Charming quiet cottage. Close to the hustle and bustle of downtown. Nice big deck to relax on with a couple of local wildlife friends to watch while you relax. The host provided local attractions like Mars Resort and Next door pub- which both were very enjoyable and had great food and service. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Had an absolute blast staying here. Was a great location close to the yacht club, the Inbetween and our friends houses. We cooked in every night which was easy and great for big groups. Plenty of beds and baths. We rented a boat nearby and were able to pick our crew up at the pier. Kyle, the host was super communicative. We can't wait to come again next year! »

"The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you any questions answered. Actually one of their staff came to the place to sort things out, good on you! Unfortunately, the place needs more love to make it great. Carpets stained and smelly, mosquito screen jammed, more reliable wifi. My lower neighbours were quite noisy on the balcony, the insulation is bad. Luckily, the second night, I was alone and it was quiet except for the noise coming from a ventilation fan (I guess?) located below my room; but it is a weird feeling to be the only one in the entire hotel. Basically, I liked the place and will book again but they need to upgrade it to bring it back at the standard it deserves..."
