« I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk...

« Nous sommes restées que 30 minutes, le temps d'essayer de trouver une solution aux centaines de mouches dans la chambre et de demander un remboursement total. L'hôtel n'était pas un endroit sécuritaire pour 2 femmes début trentaine, dans un secteur plus défavorisé de kansas city (independence). Le personnel de l'hôtel l'a bien compris et n'a eu aucun problème à nous rembourser la totalité des frais. »

« Breakfast was sparse, not very good. Room was tiny, in need of real cleaning, and replacement of the board holding the microwave - it's warped and had peeling paint. Hot tub wasn't hot, nor did the jets work at all. Very small pool. The bath towels smelled freshly cleaned but were pretty stained. I won't go there again, that's for sure.
