« The building itself looked to be ok. When we got out of the vehicle there was dog poop on the side walk and curb. Reception area seemed to be ok. But they did not have a handicap room as i requested and on 1st floor. Ended up on 3rd fkoor.Bathroom was not cleaned well. Fridge ran all night. Air-conditioning was broken and cover fell off of it. Just was not a positive experience »

« The hotel was clean and the room (a suite) was extremely spacious. The shower was great - and there was even a Jacuzzi tub (which wasn't even mwntioned on the booking). The staff were very kind and reponsive - despite our late arrival. Finally, the view in the morning was nice. »

« The gal at the front desk was really wonderful and listens very carefully to your wants and concerns. She gave me a great room in the upper level. The only problem with that room was it smelled like old cigarette smoke. Other than that it was a really nice room and I felt safe. The breakfast was a really nice free breakfast. « Stayed while relative was admitted to St. Mary's Hospital/Mayo. Very clean & comfy. Loved the walk in shower, firm & comfy bed & pillows. Microwave & fridge were bonuses. It was quiet. It was also pretty full, parking lot was full at night. »
