They've went out of their way to help me while my Mama was transported to St. Mary's Saginaw Mi from Tawas Mi & we're from Oscoda Mi. They truly touched my heart with their kindness! Bonus- the beds here are incredibly comfortable & it's quiet & kind of out of the way but only 10 minutes from hospital."

But first, the young lady that signed us in was very helpful. She made sure we had a room on the lobby floor that I requested. The room was very clean and we were glad to know that there was a laundry room for our cleaning needs should we have things to wash. "Im from hawaii so i had no idea what to expect. I stayed in flint, MI Marriott apaid triple the cost and it was bad. So i booked here at ABVI and the staff is super friendly and great customer service. Rooms were clean and plenty of parking. Plenty of places to walk to for food and snacks. Im amazed. Ill be baxk next time im in the area."
