« We were hoping for a clean hotel boy were we let down. Upon arriving after looking at it we knew it was not going to be good. The front desk attendant was clearly on something. She kept dozing and swaying while talking to me. We entered our room and went to turn the air up and noticed the air conditioner full of mold! Not to mention the dead bugs in it. We went back to the lobby and the attendant had beads stuck all over her face from her head being in the desk. We checked out and asked for a...

« We came back to shower and the room had not been cleaned yet. Then we left and when we came back later on in the evening the room had not been cleaned. Some towels were taken but the bed remained in made and I had to call to get clean towels.

« My wife and I loved our hotel room, complimentary breakfast, roomy and clean bathroom and shower area, very comfortable, clean beds, very friendly and helpful staff all around from the front desk, house keeping, kitchen staff and the location is superb in that it is close to Peteosky, Bay Shore and downtown Charlevoix. So, I must whole heartedly recommend to everyone who wants to pick an excellent place to stay, it would be here. »

« Conveniently located hotel for us in Petoskey while we visited family in the area. Was near shopping, restaurants and even a casino if you’re into that kind of thing. Only complaints we had were the fairly tight/limited parking and that the room walls didn’t seem to insulate sound very well. »
