« Great location for all of the activities we had planned in Gaslamp district. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was nicely furnished and had everything we needed, including ear plugs which helped reduce the typical downtown street sounds for our lighter sleepers. « Clean and comfortable corner condo with lots of windows. Great having 24/7 security at the door and they were always friendly and helpful. Condo was well-supplied with kitchen wares and linens as well as abundance of paper goods, cleaning supplies and detergents. A major glitch on check-in occurred when the unit was not ready on time for us because the previous renters did not leave on time. The prop mgr communicated well with us but it was a real hassle. We also did not realize the TVs were all...

« Great weather. Location is central to downtown restaurants and exhibits like the zoo, USS Midway and Coronado. We felt secure with the lock system of the rental. Like many cities experiencing homeless residents, this area is still rather nice. »

« There is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor, so there are a lot of stairs to get up to it. Everyone that we encountered that lives in the apartment building was very nice. There were some issues, but they were taking care of the next day. There was a lot of car and airplane noise. Is a pretty good location, close to South Park and maybe 10 to 15 min. To a lot of shopping. All and all we were comfortable there. »

« The communication from John was top notch, and we had no problems accessing our rental. It was clean and the bedding/towels/kitchen supplies were quality and in good repair. We travelled to multiple beaches on different days, downtown, and to multiple family attractions throughout our week stay and all were within a 20 minute drive at most. »

"La chambre était prête tôt. Toute neuve et spacieuse avec 2 lits, située au 18e étage avec une superbe vue. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein coeur du quartier Little Italy qui a beaucoup de terrasses, restaurants, cafés et un marché public 2 fois par semaine. Le marché est situé juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le trolley est a quelques coins de rue et à 10 minutes de marche, nous sommes à côté de l'océan. Je retournerais volontiers à cet hôtel."

"The service is often not professional, though not rude, hotel generally not really cleaned and pretty outdated. But the worst part of the stay was the night between Tuesday to Wednesday during which the door could not open because of no battery. No one succeeded to fix it and I finally had to sleep in another room in front of my room (without any of my stuff, including professional computer). Most surprisingly, employees weren’t looking surprise, and even more shockingly I had to pay for that night to! The least would have been to offer the stay ! So to summarise : avoid this hotel."
