"Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again."

"Very clean condo with great views! Much larger than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. Master bedroom is on the street side, across from a night club. It can be noisy at times, but tolerable. Makes for great people watching though LOL We had a wonderful stay and would come back for sure! Margie was wonderful to work with and we had no issues. Thanks for a great beach vacation!"

"Such a great island to visit. The Bay view was perfect. Got to see the sunset on our first night. Easy trip onto the Island for dinner at Rope Walk and Bills Steak & Seafood. Both were excellent. The bed was not very comfortable and the AC was not the greatest. Overall a great place to stay for a long weekend."

"Even though the weather was cold, we still managed to take a walk on the beach. Enjoy being able to step out and be a few steps from the beach. Great restaurants are a long walk or short drive away."

"We were given an incorrect address. We were not told that the building is named Assateague Inn. We were not given an apartment number but we’re we’re given an accurate number sequence to open the lock box. We arrived at 4:10 PM and called every phone number be could find and left voice messages but no one answered. Finally about 5:30 or 6oclock a very helpful and courteous person answered the after hours phone number which was listed on literature inside the reception room at the Assateague Inn...

"Perfect 2 bedroom spot in Kingsmill community. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee to get you started. Great back patio to watch golfers come up the fairway. Cant access Kingsmill golf courses and amenities, but great to walk around the beautiful community. Perfect for a couples trip. The unit was very clean and updated. Wonderful for a quick weekend away!"

"The pool was really cloudy and pretty small. The picture is a little deceiving. A lot of times, there was no one at the front desk. When we checked in we waited 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. But-the rooms are super clean, comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. "
