Our family has a home on Lake Toxaway but when we are all together some have to seek other accommodations and we hit the Jackpot!!! "Our daughter flew in from California and my husband and I drove down, from Ohio, to spend 6 days with her. (we haven't seen her since Christmas!) The condo was in a perfect location. Being on the third floor, we had a view of Carolina Lake (directly across the street) and we were a short two blocks to the ocean. And, the boardwalk was just a short 10 minute walk. Having the restaurant directly in front of the condo was no issue; as we were above their roof line, so the views were not obstructed....

"The stay was short (2 nights) but a great location for seeing the OBX. The host very quick to respond and maintained great communication before and after our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked even with a coffee bar! The ocean is very close and although it was a little stormy out the first night, we felt safe and secure. The next day was sunny and very enjoyable. We toured around the OBX and tried different restaurants that gave us that laid back atmosphere that NC is famous for....

"Our host was one of the nicest people I could ever make reservations with. The condo is completely beautiful with a beautiful veiw especially in the winter. Everything that you would need for your stay is there. You dont need take anything extra. Kitchen items, towels, whatever you can name they had it. Also his response time to anything i needed was superb. If we ever return I would defineately use them again."

"This condo is wonderful. I went for a business/relocation trip and wanted somewhere that felt like a home. Gemma has thought of everything someone would need to be comfortable.. including a tea kettle, which I told her was a nice surprise. The location is a dream, right on the marina. The beach decor was just right and everything was clean and tidy. Wish I could live there forever."

"It was great to be close to the beach (about a one block walk) and the beach at Freeman Park. The Boardwalk with shops/restaurants are about 1.5 miles from the condo, be aware that parking at the Boardwalk is $9/hr +tax. Parking at the condo is free :). The condo was cute and clean and has a small but nice balcony. The ocean is very close but you can’t really see much of it from the condo. Our teenage kids shared the sleeper sofa for the 2 nights we were there and said it was fine although...
