"Great communication when I had trouble getting code to get in. Very clean. We were there for volleyball tournament so short stay and didn’t cook. My only feedbacks are minor. Pillows not great so hate this one time I didn’t bring mine. Toilet paper is thin. Parking is tight. I don’t know how I’d of gotten out it lot full."

"This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. "Me and my partner celebrated 10 years together and absolutely loved staying here. The check in process was easy and fast, the rules were not overbearing or intrusive. We enjoyed the lake, the tennis courts, and thought Napoli by the lake was pretty busy, there were plenty of great food options around SML. We would come back and stay here again since it was so peaceful and clean. Honorary mention for the cast iron cookware they had! We loved this place so much it left my City loving girlfriend...

"This condo was absolutely fabulous. It is literally 2 minute walk to the beach access. The rooms were comfortable and I've never stayed at a Vrbo with such an impressively stocked kitchen. The host responded quickly and answered all our questions. They were also very responsive. It was a lovely stay."

"Property was clean, all advertised amenities were provided, quiet area (off season). Only negatives was the constant humming coming from the attached utility room that shared a wall with the bedroom. Humming was loud enough to wake us up at night. Also, that same side of the building is starting to settle and slopes down 1+ inch."

The location is perfect for what I like, it was off season so not crowded, right on the beach! Far enough out for peace and quiet, yet close enough for a short drive or affordable Uber to the tourist attractions and spots. Dave was excellent with communication and very available if needed.
