"The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. "This is a very quiet place in a noisy city. It is safe an clean with a well stocked kitchen adequate for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The is a washing machine and dryer if needed. This is a much better option than a hotel I my opinion. Additionally they were very helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport at 4:00 for our return trip home. I would stay here again if I returned to Oaxaca."

"I visit OAX regularly for work. The onsite staff are helpful. I stayed in another unit about 6 weeks ago. It was basic and clean. Nothing fancy but served the purpose. The one I'm currently in (#12) smells like urine. It's in a corner without easy access to a car. I value consistency. And don't want to chance getting this room again. And will seek another place for the future."

"This place should be three stars but I gave it four because of how wonderful the host was and the general cleanliness. There were ants and other bugs as can be expected in many places. Centro was a long walk or short taxi ride anway. Over all very clean minus the smaller additional inhabitants. Plenty of room and in general a great spot."
