"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. "We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the quality and selections of the restaurant for breakfast. We stayed at the hotel last year and it seems to me that the breakfast menu had more options. We could have gotten the breakfast sandwich’s at McDonalds for less and possibly better."

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....

"I absolutely loved this hotel. It was pretty clean for an old building. It has that old historic feel to it and the hotel throughout look really cool. A lot of the stuff is pretty outdated but that is okay because I think it is supposed to look that way because of the history behind the hotel and it adds to the charm of the history. When I booked the room, I thought there was just going to be a microwave and mini fridge but there was actually a kitchenette, but I don't know if that is in all...
