The 451 guestrooms in the 20-story Sheraton Universal Hotel overlook the Hollywood Hills or the San Fernando Valley. All rooms have light-wood furniture and Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds, which feature custom-designed, plush-top mattresses dressed with three sheets, fleece blankets, plump duvets in rich colors, and five goose down/feather pillows.
Additional amenities include coffeemakers, safes, work desks with chairs, high-speed Internet access (surcharge), iHome docking stations/clock radios, BLISS bath products, and 32-inch LCD TVs with premium cable channels, pay movies, and video game consoles.
Complimentary Sheraton dog beds are also available. The dog beds are red, white, and blue, and come with dog snacks, water bowls, and temporary I.D. tags with hotel contact information.
All guestrooms are nonsmoking.

“Great Location”
Easy access to major freeways, and routes. Easy and quick access to garage and parking. Don't book during Adult Entertainment Convention in July. Rooms are used for parties in the evenings and early mornings, and smoking is rampant. Otherwise, love this hotel, especially the new decor.
“Great hotel; great location”
Have stayed many times in this hotel before and after renovation. More luxurious post remodel. Always a great deal of privacy, great parking structure nearby, convenient to many locations using freeway or scenic shortcuts. Food is very good, and business office very convenient. Difficult to book rooms at time, and prices vary a great deal from time to time.

the hotel is located at a very nice area. it's very close to city walk, universal studio and Hollywood. staff there were very friendly and helpful. we really enjoyed our stay, except we wished our bathroom to be a little bigger. overall, great!

“Very nice place to stay”
After a very long flight from Australia (6.30am landing) we were able to check into our room at 10am. Wow that has never happened to me before. I was just expecting to be able to check our bags and spend sometime at Universal Studios until we could get our room in the afternoon. But they went the extra mile. The 20th floor room was well appointed, clean and a very, very comfortable bed. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location for Universal studios and a good pickup point for LA tours. I will be staying again next time I'm in LA
