"Great property, clean and location is excellent for walking and transportation close to Paddington station. We had a twin room and it was Very very small which was a little hard for us since we travelled from CA and had a lot of luggage this was only first stop in our trip. Once luggage was in there was not much room to move but that’s London for you.. otherwise excellent !! "

"Excellent location! 5 min walk to Hyde Park, 10 min walk to Kensington Palace. There are cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 min walk. Close to Paddington and Landcaster Station. The room is small but the high ceilings help. There no AC and there’s no fan in the bathroom, making it very stuffy (why I only gave 4 stars) The bed is very comfortable and the coffee/tea station in the room is a very nice touch. "The bathroom needs some consideration towards elderly people . I was unable to negotiate the bath due to a fixed shower door and no grab rails on the wall. My husband had difficulty with the shower and it did not run as a bath The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast good "
