"The hotel is quite old but well kept. The beds were very comfy! There wasn't a wide variety of food, but everything was tasty. The only frustrating thing- you need to sign in the log and leave your ID to borrow billiard cue sticks and balls to play pool! Ridiculous. The sea is not for swimming- the waves are too high. But looks magnificent. Otherwise- hotel was fine for the reduced price."

They also do a mexican night on the beach that is very fun. Only recommendation is more pool and beach chairs. If not down there by 8 there is no seating."

"I will give 5 star to Barcel because of the excellent service from staff, cleanliness of the hotel, clean pool which were not very crowded.If i will plan again to travel Mexico ,I will choose Barcelo again.Very wholesome place and with a breathtaking scenery.And what is important i felt safe and my hubby .I really appreciate the Staff.They are all respectful , helpful and very accomodating.
