"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"I had an amazing stay at this beautiful flat! The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the local attractions by tram. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view, which made my mornings and evenings truly special. The host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"

"Absolutely LOVED the studio apartment with the most amazing view. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and quiet. It was wonderful to comeback every day from our day trips to this tranquil villa with spacious green spaces and sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Parking space on the property is included which is a bonus. We walked or took the train most days. It is a bit of a steep walk from town to the villa but doable."

There are one floor of stairs that was not disclosed. The elevator in the listing goes from first floor up. "The house was super cozy, we stayed for two weeks and we visit all the most beautiful cities on the French Riviera! The owner , Jocelyne , was very nice to us, she don't speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate.. luckily my partner studied some French at school so we managed to communicate somehow! Fantastic holiday, Nice is fabulous !"
