"We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff was excellent, friendly and helpful, rooms clean and Lido is a nice place to stay away from the busyness of Venice. A beautiful hotel, not far from the ferry station. Definitely stay there again on holiday in Venice.."

"It is about 20 to 30 minutes from where we wanted to go, such as St. Mark's Cathedral, but the transportation is good until late at night. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. A BIG shout out to Danella or Estella (sorry if I am not saying or writing her name correctly). She was super helpful and took the time to walk me to the place. I needed early morning (0400 am) to take the water taxi to the airport. I will go back to the same place in November. :)"

"Hotel Sorriso is currently rated at two star level. The room allocated to my wife and I was at least three star level. It was large, well furnished and suited us very well. There was one thing that would have made it perfect, and that was the provision of a kettle and a couple of cups. When checking out, we discussed this with the manager, who told us that she provides kettles and cups upon request. Perhaps guests should be advised of that option. Otherwise, it was an extremely satisfying stay...

"We had one of lower floor rooms, recently renovated offered modern, clean accommodation with patio, which we didn’t expect. Bathroom was new modern with great shower! Room was basic, but perfectly sufficient - bright, clean, spacious with good beds (no sofa beds)! Hotel staff could have been more forthcoming with information - for example - Sunday bus service is limited, the usual V line does not operate on Sunday. Website have very little information on how to get to hotel, which made it...
