"Hotel Sorriso is currently rated at two star level. The room allocated to my wife and I was at least three star level. It was large, well furnished and suited us very well. There was one thing that would have made it perfect, and that was the provision of a kettle and a couple of cups. When checking out, we discussed this with the manager, who told us that she provides kettles and cups upon request. Perhaps guests should be advised of that option. Room was basic, but perfectly sufficient - bright, clean, spacious with good beds (no sofa beds)! Hotel staff could have been more forthcoming with information - for example - Sunday bus service is limited, the usual V line does not operate on Sunday.
