"The house is as beautiful as the pictures. All the bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms, the pool is great, there is even a small workout area, and the house has a great massage room. The house is also walkable to lots of restaurants and stores. Finally, the owner is very close by and incredibly responsive to anything we asked. It's a great house for a group to use as home base to enjoy Tulum."

"We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

"Amazing service - every single person that works there is absolutely wonderful. My only complaint is the breakfast pricing....its a little over the top. Pool room was comfortable. It could be noisy if people are partying by the pool so keep that in mind. "
