"Easy no frills check in. Haven’t seen any staff, we didn’t need them during our 2 night stay. Codes to access doors. Looks newly renovated. Room 7 on the 2nd floor has lovely view of the sea. Looks very clean and tidy but may need closer attention behind bedside lamps when cleaning as cobwebs seen. Has clothes cupboard meant for children, adult hangers cant fit in it. "The property itself is a bit outdated although the room in which I stayed seemed newly refurbished and I liked it a lot! Even though it was a budget accommodation, it did include ammenities such as coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wifi was excellent. The neighborhood was conveniently located for my purposes (25-30 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and to downtown Cardiff). The neighborhood was on the residential side so not very lively. "Am amazing little hotel with lovely rooms and a fantastic chef who basically will creat what ever you want to eat give. A bit of time to source the ingredients. This hotel deserves to be much busier than it is as it is a total gem. "

"A very homely cottage in a quiet setting just what we as a family wanted and got . The cottage itself had everything that you would have at home which you wouldn’t get in a hotel. Cottage had 3 bedrooms each with un suite bathrooms which certainly is helpful when everyone was getting ready to go out at the same time . We as a family wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage."

"Beautiful house in a lovely location. Very hospitable hosts who welcomed us into their kitchen for a pot of tea on arrival. They gave us lots of information about the area and good places to eat. Spotlessly clean room with lovely toiletries. Good quality tea and coffee and Welsh Cakes. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and of the best quality. We will definitely stay here again. "
