“Fantastic service, reasonable prices, very impressed!”
My wife and I found that this hotel to be just about perfect for our vacation. We were mostly looking for a relaxing getaway on a warm beach. I have heard that the beaches in Puerto Vallarta are crowded and teeming with locals selling all kinds of stuff and bothering you. Since this is in Nuevo Valarta (about a 25-min cab ride to downtown Puerto Vallarta), the beach is much quieter and sure, there are a few locals selling stuff, but they don't pester you at all, you just ignore them or say "no gracias" and they keep going (but some of them do have some neat items for cheap prices). Whether we were at the pool or the beach, the service was excellent. It is truly a beach resort. Also, the zoo adds a unique element...I was about 18 inches face-to-face with a bengal tiger (with a cage AND a fence between)! If you want to be close to the nightlife, then this would not be the place; it is quieter here than in Puerto Vallarta. But, this is very close to Vallarta Adventures, which has MANY activites: swimming with dolphins, sunset cruises (Rhythms of the Night is GREAT!), trips to secluded beaches, snorkeling, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also, the place is BEAUTIFULLY landscaped, with flowers, trees, foliage EVERYWHERE! Food and drinks are readily available: a bar in the lobby, just outside the lobby, 2 huge bar/kitchens at the pool, beach and pool service.
“A vacation at Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta is truly Paradise.”
We have stayed at Paradise Village for a number of years and our vacation is always paradise. Don't miss the Sunday brunch at El Tigre as well as some of the theme dinners.
“Great Stay & great service”
I'd visited Puerto Vallarta several times, but this was my first stay at Nuevo Vallarta (15 min travel to Vallarta Downtown). If you like some five star hotel service, superb beaches and family environment this is the place. Is true it will take some time to travel to the Vallarta downtown, but if you are visiting just for the beach and sun, this is the place.
“Paradise for Families”
Granite kitchen, air conditioning that works, food not overpriced, service excellent, wide beach, pool built for kids small and bigger; walk to the mall to a real supermarket to get your granola and yogurt for breakfast, get your latte at the hotel better than at the mall, charge to your room throughout the stay, beer $3 lunch $7-8, then pay at the end; kids did not want to leave; pool a bit crowded by the afternoon; will go back
“Perfect for families”
Very clean, spacious rooms. Great to have use of kitchen with the very good supermarket 5 mins' walk away. Food quality: above average, though hotel restaurants and "theme nights" not cheap. The beach is gorgeous - plenty of room for everyone and very clean, and the sea is perfect for boogie boarding or just splashing around in the waves. The main pool was a little crowded and quite noisy but the other one (with the snake slide and the waterfall) was a good option for a quieter time.We definitely want to return next year.
“One of my favorite places”
This is not the first time I stay at Paradise Village. It is one of my favorite places to relax and unwind. It just happens to be the first time I am there for less than a week and I have to say I did not enjoy it as much as I could given the time restrictions. I would have to say, though, that the parking is getting a bit more difficult as they keep on building new towers and adding more ammenities.
“Mexican Paradise”
Excellent hotel, beautiful grounds and so many amenties we could not use them all.
“Fantastic Combination of Features”
We've been taking our family of five to a variety of places in Mexico for 7 years now. Paradise Village is our all-time favorite. For a family with kids it offers the perfect combination of features. We love the gradual slope of the rock-free beach. The food is always really good. The golf course is wonderful. The spa is top-notch. Four really nice pools. Proximity of U.S.-style supermarket, McDonalds, Subway and Dominoes is a real plus. The rooms are really nice, too. If you're looking for a deep dive into authentic Mexican culture or an intimate couples get away, this isn't the place for you, but if you want a totally self-contained, beautiful resort where you won't have any inconveniences or worries, particularly with kids, Paradise Village is the perfect fit.
“Great Accomodations”
Our vacation at Paradise Village was great. We rented a three bedroom unit. They were well furnished and maintained daily. The beds and pillows were too firm for our liking but other than that everything was great. The beach area was clean, plenty of chairs and palapas. We had a kitchen in our room so we did not eat at the hotel.
“We will come back for sure”
