“Loved Los Arcos Suites and Casa Susana”
A wonderful experience to be in an old town atmosphere.

I particularly loved the quality of the sheets and pillows. The rooms were comfortable and the location was superb. The staff were attentive and wonderful. The recreation staff were involved and happy to involve you in activities.

This is a great, traditional, cozy hotel with staff that make everyone feel at home. It is located in a wonderful location in Old Town 1 block from the beach and near tons of great restaurants. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and the kitchenettes are great for those "no restaurant" nights. Our cooktop broke halfway through cooking a meal one night and maintenance came to fix it within 5 minutes. We met many people who go back to this hotel year after year and love it, as we do! Being able to use the facilities at their sister hotel and the main hotel is also a bonus. And no bracelets! This place feels like our second home! We'll be back as soon as we can!
“nice quiet hotel”
right in the middle of old town. close to restaurants shopping and beach, used the pool of the sister hotel, plenty of activities, water exercise and 2 huge iguanas wandered around all day staff was great food and drink plenty cant wait to go back.
“Los Arcos Suites”
We had 3 rooms for a wonderful family vacation. The larger rooms were a bonus for a Mexio vacation. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in Mexico. There were some small ants that the first day when we left food out...the hotel dealt with it immediately. Overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again.

we loved Los Arcos. The staff was very accomodating, the other 2 hotels were very close. Service was fantastic - don't miss the roof top pool across the street. I would not recommend the all-inclusive. There are so many other reasonable restaurants/bars within such a short distance, that you really don't need the all-inclusive.

Really enjoyed our stay at Los Arcos Suites. It is a nice quiet hotel and the staff are excellent.

“Great Value!”
The room was very spacious with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom. The weather was very hot and humid but the two air conditioners in the room were more than sufficient as we slept with one of them off. The best thing about the hotel is it's location; very close to the beach and many great places to eat and drink within walking distance. Andales Bar is right next door and that is a favorite among PV partiers. If you want to see your favorite college or pro team, Steve's is just a few blocks away and another fun place. Most of the cab drivers in the area speak some english but negotiate prices before leaving for your destination. The overall experience at Los Arcos Suites was great and plan on staying there on our next visit.
