My wife and I stayed at the Parkway Hotel for a 2 night break to explore and drive around the beautiful Brecon National Park. What a fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrived everybody went out of their way to make us feel very welcome, from check in to check out the staff could not of been more helpful and friendly. The room was large and spotless, the restaurant (the carvery is a must!) and bar area had a good choice of freshly cooked food with log fires and big comfy sofas. The spa was a big plus and after a day out exploring what better way to end the day than a swim in the beautiful spa area. All in all a fabulous hotel, a real home from home experience, we will definitely return 10/10

Nice hotel in a beautiful setting almost next door to Tintern Abbey. We spent one night here. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner wasnt cheap but the food was lovely so we didnt mind the bill so much !
Was looking for a good priced room for one night near to Swansea and that had free and easy parking. The Aberavon Beach Hotel came up on the website I was looking at and was the lowest price I had seen with free parking and was also happy to accommodate our 17 year old daughter in the same room.
Not disappointed. The family room had great sea views and the double sofa bed was already made up.
Clean, comfortable and would certainly return.
I stayed in this hotel for three nights in November 2013.
I was comfortable in my room, it had a comfy armchair, bed and a good flatscreen tv.
The shower in the bathroom worked well.
I didn't use the gym, pool or sauna so can't comment on them.
The staff were excellent.
The free wifi only worked intermittently and I observed three people having to use their laptops in reception.
What I didn't like was being treated as a second class guest by the management due to a Tour Bus full of Pensioner's staying on my second and third night. How was I treated? Despite the restaurant being empty the pensioners on the tour bus were due down for food. So, I was asked to sit out by myself in a big dark empty room surrounded by glass windows. I didn't sit for long. Harry’s Carvery down the street had my business those two evenings, I rate their food highly and the price was better as well.
