"First impressions were very underwhelming considering the beautiful homes and luxury apartments that surround the property. The property itself is lacking in landscaping and there was really nothing appealing about the looks of the building or property. "It was great as far as the inside. TVs were rather small in the rooms and it was veryyyyy noisy outside. The quiet time was not adhered to at all. It was also not great parking when others parked on the street, blocking others. We also didn’t have clear instructions to the trash bin. Outside of all that, we enjoyed and the beds were veryyy comfortable!!"

"Very clean and nicely decorated and supplied. It is on a fairly busy street, so there is the occasional loud vehicle, but mostly very quiet. Conveniently located near the airport and necessity stores. The beach and shopping is only a few miles and easily navigated. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but is serviceable. The kitchen had all of the necessities and the bed was comfortable. Could have used a couple more full-sized pillows and few less decorative pillows. The owner was very responsive...

"We were going to a concert at the Parker and this was perfect for the two of us to get away for the weekend. Just as advertised. Great location for us!"

"We enjoyed our two night stay before heading off on a cruise. We arrived very late in the evening and Alan our host kept in communication and ensured the light was on so we could find our way in the dark. Ft Lauderdale experienced a lot of rain and Alan kindly lent us rain jackets and umbrellas so we could leave the room for lunch. He even drove us to our brunch spot! Overall a great experience and would return."

"Location was close to the character boat. Just what we needed. Only complaint was insufficient cooking pans ( we bought a frying pan) and not enough silverware. Otherwise it was every clean and the price was right."

"This property was in a central location. Visited; river walk, beach, and Hard Rock Hollywood all within a 15 minute drive. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable atmosphere. It comes with your own, parking spot. Great getaway apartment."

"I stayed for almost 3 weeks for vacation and working remotely and brought my cat. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable inside. The shared patio was very nice, but I didn’t use the private patio much because it wasn’t nearly as nice and the fence wasn’t tall or solid enough to let my cat out. The walls are very thin so I could hear the neighbors when they were around, but luckily even with lots of Spring Breakers there it wasn’t too bad. There’s a private wifi connection for the unit...

"Overall we were pleased with the accommodation. The beds were very comfortable, had most things needed in the kitchen, parking was good. The street is quite busy from all the traffic entering and leaving Safe Harbour. Communication with the host was generally okay however getting a response on a weekend didn’t appear to be a priority. When we did get a response the host was helpful."
