"We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events."

"My family and I absolutely enjoyed the place. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items, pot and pans and basic cooking supplies. The house was bright and well decorated. We were anticipating issue with parking but to our surprise it was not hard to find street parking. The rooftop overlooking the beach was a nice touch. We really enjoyed everything here. Thank you!"

We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. Great for a family of eight with two floor separating each other. Would highly recommend and would rent again. Off street parking was a boon as we explored nearby neighborhoods by car for dining. There was access to highways and thoroughfares into Seattle proper so that made the location convenient. "Such a cute little basement suite that we are so happy we stumbled on. We come up to seattle once a year to catch a Mariners game & this Vrbo is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in here. The access to your own beach & dock are really the best highlights. But you also can walk to the light rail station(about 17 min walk) & the local park w/a fun splash pad(2 min walk). We loved that a kayak and paddle board were available as well. The suite itself was clean and everything worked as it should....

Love that the room comes with free amenities and bedroom is separate from the livingroom. Costs a little more than other places and I feel is a upgrade. Great bonus! "I’ve stayed here several times over the years all the way back to 2015ish. After Covid this location definitely needed an overhaul in their rooms just due to wear and tear over time. I did notice they had done some updates like painting the kitchen countertops, swapping out some door fronts, new toilets, new shower liners, new tvs, new chairs/couches.
