"I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. "

"All in all it was a nice place to stay. We booked a king suite with a balcony and it had a more of a basic room feel to it. There was a very tiny patio with lots of cover from the trees. The down side with the patio was that it was right beside the walking path with no privacy from the people walking passed. The room was very clean and fairly quiet but we wouldn’t call it a suite compared to others we have been in. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with and very friendly."

"The hotel was very nice! The room was larger than most rooms I’ve stayed in. I did not travel with a pet but loved that there was a dog bowl and dog treats in the room. "

"The only thing I didn’t like that the people with DOGS are not responsible for their DOGS. The guests should leave their animals at home. "

"Simply the best. Great location, ski in ski out to multiple lifts. Great rooms, spacious. Wonderful breakfast and next to the TBar and One Ski Grill areas. Easy parking, easy in and out, and the BEST people. Shuttle to town a piece of cake and gondola is right there!"
