"Hello this is I am writing this note because this is very bad experience I am sharing with you. First I book this property with swimming pool with 6 bedrooms but when we reached after we know that pool not open because filters not working after that there is not hot water coming it was very bad experience. We checked in Friday and Saturday there is no hot water in property, after drannage block toilet not working everything back up and poop smell everywhere in house. I do have all proof with...

"This adorable little flat is located on the Dartmouth waterfront just a short walk from the ferry to Halifax and the McDonald Bridge if you are looking for an adventure it is a pedestrian friendly bridge that spans 1 mile and is about 15 minutes to walk. From there you can take the short walk along Barrington to Halifax's downtown core and a quick ferry ride back to Alderney Landing and back to the flat. "Loved it! Homely, eccentric, a stunning conversion. We had a great time in this gorgeous space and it was the perfect family base from which to explore and a ‘home’ to return to. My son and I loved hearing an approaching train and sprinting down to the crossing to see them pass. 😆 Jim is delightfully passionate about his place and rightly so, look forward to coming back!"

"The home was clean and well maintained. There are great views of the northwest arm and entrance to Halifax harbor from most of the rooms, including pool and hot tub. The interior decorating is cool including many wood features. Dan the property manager was responsive and provided good instructions on using the smart home features. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Halifax and this property."

"Didn't get entry instructions til just a few hours before arrival. Outdated cream and milk in frig. Not wiped clean. Floor has glue and stains. Looks dirty. Dust thick on top frig and wall shelves. Oven drawer not clean. Lightbulb burned out and fixture dirty. No replacement bulb No sheets pillows or blankets for extra beds. One is slippery futon. Other must be loveseat pullout. No topsheet for master so we had to go buy one for hot hubby Yard is gravel back yard so can't sit out and enjoy....

"The place we stayed was a little bit away from the convenience. It was too far for walking since bus stop was distantly away. Fortunately we got rides and didn't need bus transportation. Overall the place met our satisfaction since it was in a quiet area and we only stayed for few hours for sleeping each day. "
