"Clean, comfortable but not considerate"
I went with the intention of staying one night. I ended up unable to leave because of a major storm the next morning. I expected, as other hotels have done in the past, to be able to stay the extra night at no cost since I literally could not get anywhere in light of the storm. Instead, when trying to get out of the parking lot for supper, the lot wasn't plowed so four gentlemen staying at the hotel had to come out and push my car out of the middle of the lot so I could get food! I ended up paying almost $400 to stay two nights at a hotel where I literally couldn't escape from. Thank goodness it was a nice, clean, comfortable room.

"Great!"
The location was great, the room was perfect and the parking was terrific. The laundry facilities on each floor was clean and worked well. We liked the whole experience. PS There was no visible hotel staff to rate.

"Basic side of the road motel."
Very basic motel. No frills but no problems. Skip if you are looking to spend lots of time in your room or if you want any degree of luxury. but it is fine is you just need a place to sleep for the night.

"Nice hotel for a stop"
I just needed an hotel for the night, found this one. The room was ok and clean. But there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage in the stairs, which, after a long trip, wasn't a good surprise.

"OK but could use upgrading"
This motel is in desperate need of upgrades- some work has been done (floors were laminate) but still needs a lot of work. Heater/radiator heated roon well but not the bathroom- it remained fairly cold--- too cold for a comfortable shower Bathrooms should be gutted and renovated. We had 2 different rooms and both bathrooms were definately "old" and tired looking. Beds were comfortable but only doubles- queen sized would have been better. Our first room -1st night of our stay- had a bar fridge and microwave-which we REALLY liked but second night's room only had a fridge. My son was disappointed with the limited internet access. BUT- overall, it was a clean, comfortable room that provided what we needed- just a clean, quiet place to sleep at night that was close to the Port Hawkesbury Civic centre -is less than 5 minutes drive away
