“Not impressed”

The bed was lumpy,hotel was very noisy, kept awake every night, and we could hear every word spoken in the next room, and even hear them going to the bathroom!

“Good value”

good location and clean room. breakfast is horrible (cold oatmeal, food not replaced), and bad pillows. also hotel was quite noisy in the morning.

“happy in the maritimes”

my wife sprained tendons in her foot earlier on the day we checked in which only began to really hurt during the evening. hotel staff provided a wheelchair, called a cab and put us on the way to the ER. Great service. Also, really nice restaurant in the lobby. Good location for views, great patio on the roof.

“Great location.”

We stayed here for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom suite, settling our son into University. Great location - you can walk to everything downtown. Beds were very comfortable; however the mattress on the pullout sofa was very thin - you could feel all the springs. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff were very helpful. There is an intercontinental breakfast included with your room which was pretty good. Only complaint would be lack of toiletries - just a small bar of soap and shampoo.

“Great location!”

Location was great for leisure visit. It is within walking distance of water front and Citital Hill. The breakfast is served in bar area with ample room. We didn't feel rushed or crowded. Parking does cost $16 per night, however.

“Great hotel”

Our room was clean and spacious with many amenities and very nice linens. The hotel is fairly well located- walking distance to the wharf, the gardens and shopping. Very happy with this hotel choice.

“Great downtown location central to everything”

Excellent hotel and location. Continental Breakfast options very basic. Superstore conveniently located within walking distance less than 1pm away
