"Upon arrival the first thing i noticed was how clean the location was. Everything was profided, even some juice and water in the mini fridge :) the location was great! Close to walk most places, but also away from the hussle and bussle. I had such a great time enjoying the sites and beautiful falls. It was quiet and relaxing 😌 i would definitely recommend this location to friends and damiky. Thank you for your hospitality!!! Cheers"

"Our family of eight stayed here for six days. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are accommodating. However, the kids ran around from upstairs, even though it was quite late at night and we were trying to sleep in the lower level of the house. One of my relatives is handicapped and had difficulty going up the stairs because there was only one handrail for her to use, and she can only use one side of her body. Having handrails on both sides would be safest for anyone with mobility...

"Chris was an amazing host, we had an incredible weekend. Good location, close to lots of restaurants and the strip but far enough away to have a nice quiet night by the fire. The basement was spacious enough to have our own space away from each other but also had those common areas to hang out in. "This property is super convenient and is within 10 miles of the Falls and other attractions. The location is also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe as well. It was pretty clean but could use some pest control for spiders and a fresh coat of paint. Keep in mind there is only a tv in the living room, not the bedrooms. Overall i was quite satisfied and would recommend this rental."

"The property is fully stocked with dishes and cups, clean towels and extra space heaters and fans. We had a little trouble checking-in as the wrong code was given to us, but the host answered the call within seconds of us calling. Everything was clean with the exception of a few things, nothing crazy just a little bit of dust. The extra space heater came in handy as the bedroom window does not fully close and it was a bit of a chilly night."

"We enjoyed the style of the complex and apartment. The walk to Niagara Falls during the fall was so beautiful. We did not care for the city and all the noisey few blocks away...it had carnival vibes, but Niagara Falls was breath taking and the street the house was on was quiet and pleasant."
