"Staff was wonderful. I get nervous taking trains and I had to get to airport. Mehdi went above and beyond to calm my nerves. Eventually we decided that taking a cab would be better for me, so he actually walked with me to get me into a cab which took credit cards (some don’t). Thank you Mehdi!!!!"

"Very clean, but dated. Bathrooms were updated. Lift was nice. We are on the 3rd floor and it was unbearably hot. After the first night we offered to pay extra to have the AC turned on, they turned it on just enough to cool it down but only for a short time. Breakfast was simple but nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location, in a row of other hotels in the same building. Great value for the price. Beds were not great, but so exhausted and hot that didn’t bother me. "
